Event National Capitol Solar Project.

2M Euros Grant from the European Union. National Capitol -Ngerulmud. Melkeok, Palau. This Solar Project, with an expected completion date of January 2009 has a dual purpose. It is to help reduce energy consumption in the National Capitol 10% daily and to serve as a covered parking structure.
